Join us for the 9th Annual Brodhead Night Out! Our event is at the Brodhead High School, 2501 W 5th Ave., on Tuesday, August 8th, from 5 pm-8 pm. You will see many familiar faces, along with some new ones, as this event continues to grow each year! This FREE Night Out is a community-wide event to heighten awareness of crime, drug, and prevention efforts and to encourage community participation. Brodhead Night Out was amazing this year!! It was held at Jaycees Park on August 21st from 5-9pm. Law enforcement had a dunk tank and a number of our enforcement officers got a bit wet. There was horse painting! Fire and rescue gave rides in the ladder trunk. There was a climbing wall, a seat belt simulator, giant bubbles, free hot dogs, and free donuts. Many non-profits were there with educational information and activities for the youth.
Better Brodhead had another photo booth at the event! This year’s theme was Star Wars. Youth and adults joined in the fun by dressing up in costumes and having their photos taken in front of our galaxy backdrop. Check out the photos – you may see some local celebrities!
